Two-for-One Dinners

It's hands-off cooking you can get things done (or take a nap) while it simmers on the stove for three hours. Make the Soda Bread dough and bake on a cookie sheet. Serve the Corned Beef With Cabbage & Potatoes with our zesty Horseradish-Mustard Sauce. Later in the week, fix a big skilletful of old-time Red Flannel Hash, a New England tradition, with pieces of lean corned beef, diced cooked potatoes, and sweet beets.
